Raspberry Cream Crunch

                    If you're looking for a fast and tasty summer treat try this one!
                 Dana brought it to the office for the taste test... and it got a..A  for approval.  
                              Follow the recipe below...

                               Raspberry Cream Crunch
Whip Cream, Fresh Raspberries, Keebler Pecan Sandies, Meringue Cookies (optional we found these at Trader Joe's.)  Toasted Coconut.

Break up cookies is pieces.  Lay cookies in bottom of individual serving cup or bowl.  Top with Cream which has been whipped sweetened and for a fun flavor add a dash of coconut flavoring, vanilla and a pinch of finely grated lime rind.  Add more toppings of cookies, a sprinkle of coconut, and raspberries.  Chill and serve...YUM!
