Vote for Our What's Cooking Challenge

The voting begins!  Thanks to ALL of you who entered our What's Cooking Challenge!  It was lots of fun to see the creations you sewed for the kitchen using our challenge packet of Oreganata fabrics.  Our judging panel has narrowed it down to 7 finalists for you to vote for. Their creation photos are listed below in alphabetical order (by first name) and along with the photo is a list of what they entered.

Entrants were to use the What's Cooking Challenge packet of fabrics (from our Oreganata collection, see above) to create something or a collection of things that are kitchen related.

We invite you to vote for the People's Choice award* (and help decide who wins a $350 My Lazy Daisy Shopping Spree) by leaving a comment on this post from now through February 13. One vote per user name here on our blog. In your comment please leave the number and name of the entry you are voting for. You can also vote on our Facebook page by leaving a comment with your choice of name and number.   You are more than welcome to vote in both places. The winners will be announced on February 14.

*Best of Show and Most Creative winners will be judged by a panel of experienced quilters. People's Choice will be voted on by the public (that's YOU!) on our blog: www.mylazydaisy.blogspot.com and our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/lazydaisyquilts.

There will be three prizes given for this challenge:
  • The People's Choice Award (which is what you are voting on here): $350 My Lazy Daisy Shopping Spree
  • Best of Show  (voted on by an experienced panel of judges): $225 My Lazy Daisy Shopping Spree
  • Most Creative (voted on by an experienced panel of judges): $100 My Lazy Daisy Shopping Spree
WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED HERE ON OUR BLOG ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14 (VALENTINE'S DAY). CHECK BACK!

*While voting, keep in mind that it doesn't matter whether the finalist entered one project or a collection of projects. What they entered should be judged as a whole, not each of the projects separately.
