Daisies in the Desert Retreat Round-Up

It's time for our My Lazy Daisy "Daisies in the Desert" retreat round-up! From January 10-12, 2013, fun was had by ALL who attended.  This retreat was open to Consultants AND Customers and held in beautiful St. George, UT. We feel confident in telling you that every single person who attended went home happy and with their hands full of beautiful projects.

We began by everybody checking in and picking up their welcome favor bags.
(Of course they are animal print...Co-Owner, Dana Brooks' favorite!)

This is our darling new "Party Banner (Celebrate)."  We debuted this fun new product with a class at our retreat. This is a very easy kit to put together that will turn any gathering into an EVENT. Watch for our NEW 2013 catalog coming soon to get ordering details on all of our new products!

It's always good to be reunited with old friends and meet new ones. Dana (Co-owner and Lead Designer of My Lazy Daisy) happily greets our retreat guests.

We decided to kick off the new year with a toast (Don't worry folks! It's just sparkling cider) and our million dollar chocolate bar.

Here's to a year of fun-filled success with My Lazy Daisy. CHEERS!

Fun table favors and festive center pieces were provided at every meal.

There was plenty of time to chat it up during our open sew time. Our attendees enjoyed visiting (and laughing) as they worked on their projects.

Here they are, our cute little "Oregon Team." They made matching aprons, bags, and other little doo-dads, as well as brainstormed their  matching projects for the next retreat. These happy go lucky ladies brought a little more pep and excitement to the weekend.

Attendees gathered around to learn to make "The Mini Apron (Oreganata)" during the Mini-Apron class.

Glenda Seely (My Lazy Daisy Consultant) is having WAY too much fun making her "Hot Pads (Oreganata)." This was another popular class at the retreat.

Here are many of our attendees sitting together at the our dinner event. Not only was the food delicious and the company superb, but many great announcements were made for upcoming specials. VERY exciting!

Kay McArthur's crowning moment! She is "Queen of the Hour" as she is awarded with a new iPad for becoming our very first DAISY DIRECTORWho will be next? Maybe YOU!  Congrats Kay!

We couldn't send people without giving out prizes. Some lucky ladies receive free "Snuggle-Up Strip Quilt Kits"

We always outdo ourselves for a My Lazy Daisy event, so mark your calendars for June 19-22 and join us for the upcoming retreat. This next retreat will only be for Daisy Consultants and will be held at the Lexington Hotel and Convention Center in St. George, UT where you can call to book your rooms and start making travel arrangements.
